I'm new to flying and my brother recommened I buy a Futaba 6EXA, I bought a new one on Ebay for less then $100. I did not come with the servos though. It's a great Tx.
I recommend the Futaba 6EXA as well, it's a GREAT beginner radio. You can pick one up at Bruckner Hobbies

You don't need the flight pack, since it has the larger servos, which are way to big, and to much overkill weightwise for any parkflyer.
