It's been over a year since I built mine, but I think one set of the screws might be for the canopy. I had them plus a small white nylon washer that fit over them to keep the canapoy from misforming when I screwed in place. The fiberglass cloth, I think, would be for reinforcing the wing in the center at the joint, if you wanted to do that. I still have my cloth. Unless the other (8 dull thin) screws fit in any control horn for application, I can't help you. And without seeing what you have used, I am just guessing here. Hope this helps a little.
