I have a Glo BEE. They are really accurate, I compared it to one of the best and it tracked it exactly to the RPM.
A YS 63 turning 11,300 on 30% is possible but it has to be in cooler temps. Also the transition is not that great. The 13-4W is much better. I turn a 13-4W at 11,400 RPM using 30% heli. It's set on the rich side too. The transition is very good.
