I have read that 'Seal All' can be used in the US but I am not sure if I can get it in the UK. What can I use that won't be attacked by the Kero?

Even Seal All will become weak and develop small leaks after 80-90 flights. No big deal though, you will see it when fueling up. Take it out, seal and you good for another 80-90.
