you have a wire going from the fin to a tailplane side, then bottom, then back to the other tailplane side and back to the top round in a diamond when viewed form the rear. however I've never seen how this would stop the back end coming off.
it just gives more support to the tailplane it's self.
Think back end of a BF-109, thats got bottom supports only.

the easiest way is to simply drill a tiny hole in each part near the ends and thread through pull pull wire with plastic coating, then use thin cyno to fix, amazing this actually works well! the ultimate way is to use carbon rods with angled fittings.
