RE: FMS setup for heli
The only one of those that sounds wrong is your tail (rudder) control on the left stick (left/right). The rudder control should move the NOSE of the helicopter, not the tail in the direction you push the stick when it is flying away from you (tail in).
In fact I made the very same mistake when I started to learn helis in a sim and for a couple of weeks I had the rudder steering the tail, not the nose. Then I read a message like this and realised I'd got it wrong and trying to un-learn the way I had it and adapt to the new way was quite a brain-bender.
While the direction of tail control doesn't really matter when you're just learning to hover, when you move on to forward flight it makes sense for the directional control to move the plane in the direction you actually want to go!
