If you look at most of the pictures (not that they always get the pictures right) you can see that the homlite models have carbs on the side of the body. You can see the air cleaner.

I am pretty sure that the 700R types are all Ryobi design engines.

I also noticed while at Lowes the other day; new Toro (I think) brand wackers that have Ryobi 31cc motors. I think they were $59 for the cheapest model.
