I don't have a U can do 3d, but have seen plenty of them fly. You're gonna be looking to replace that evo engine fairly quickly. While it will fly fine, if you want to get into the very aggressive 3d manuvers this plane is capable of, you're gonna want something larger up front. Plus I have seen some threads that indicate the plane tends to be tail heavy, so instead of adding weight, you install a larger engine. Saito 72 or 82 seems to be a popular choice, I know they're considerablly more expensive than the evo. But they're also heavier, they swing a larger prop, etc etc, and you want a larger, lower pitched prop on this airplane.
