Avistar doesn't start or cuts off in air
Hey All -
About 3 weeks ago (OMG I haven't flown in 3 weeks) I was down at the field and about 6 minutes into flight with my avistar 40 size the engine would cut off in midair. I got about 2 more flights and between 6-10 minutes the plane would just cut off. One of the members checked all of my needles and we readjusted but nothing seemed to help. I did notice bubbles in the fuel lines. I decided to changed all of my fuel lines which I did. In between all this my OS46fx came in so I through that in. I fueled it up and the motor started but after about 1 minute in shut off and then when I tried to restart it wouldn't turn over. Now after reading countless posts the next thing to do would be to check the clunk or pad the fuel tank. What do you all think ? Below is what I did.
Replaced Glow Plug
Replaced Fuel Lines
Replaced Engine
Glow starter new battery
Thanks
Mark
