If the new 46FX is doing the same thing, I guess when you said,
"wouldn't turn over" you meant wouldn't start?? Best bet is to pull
the tank.. Sounds like your problem may be there.. check the
tubing also maybe one got bent. I have yet to add foam/pad any
of my tanks and have had no problems to date.. But club
members said It's a good idea to do so.. Guess I'll add foam to
my next build.. Good luck!
