I like Fox glow plugs myself. I have used the standard longs with and without idle bars and find them to be great in all the engines I have tried them in. The K&B 1L is also a very good plug. Many people reccomend the OS #8 & #3 plugs. I have never used any yet. I have some to try eventually. Any of these plugs should work good for you.
