RB has top end OS crazy insane amounts of bottom end, do you run open or texhnical, high or low grip? if it's low grip go RB unless it's really really technical if it's high grip and technical go OS if it's high grip and open go RB. but it's not that important so if there is a big pricae difference go for cheapest
