Default RE: Hover difficult

Thanks so much for the encouragement Pilot77. That really means a lot to me. Even though I am scared to death, it makes me feel I am making progress which I do feel I am. Yes John, I am going to continue to check all of my parts. I just want to kill the rock on the skids. Its like at a certain speed the helicoptor rocks on the skids really bad, but that is at one of the lower speeds before it gets to lifting off. I know its not supposed to do that is it? Maybe its like how race cars such at Indy cars don't run good going slow. The run smoother at higher speeds. I don't know. But I will take the blades off and tighten things and put them back on. Yeah Pilot77, I feel I can get the hovering down without a sim. I feel a more comfy each time I take it out, but I KNOW I will NOT fly it with out the sim. I messed with one at a hobby shop this past Friday for the first time in a long time. I know I know I should have tried hovering on the sim they had there, but they had the pitch and throttle settings more on a forward flight setting than a hover and could not find out the change it so I just tried flying it, and could not fly worth a lick. I would go into a turn and then down she went. Thankfully it was the sim. Not my own.
