Hi,
Here's the update. Between working the midnight shift, sleeping and living life this is what I have completed. Remounted the engines on aluminum bars (the elastics were to flimsy, the engine barely idled because it shook so much) mounted the throttle servo with a rubber connection. This will absorb shock and reduce servo damage. Inside the rubber are carbon rods from both ends and in the middle is a gap of 5mm which gives a bit of flex
Also mounted the ignition. The good people at KS Germany are building me a custom manifold for my SM 30 with a flex pipe in the middle and they advised me on buying the 70cc muffler because it is very quiet and it's performance will be almost exaclty the same as on a pipe. I also covered the wings on the weekend. Those silver stripes tested my patience![:@] I attached pics.
Enjoy
Sebastian
