RE: Funtana 90 and 3D Airplanes
First, I'm glad you like the Twist. Thats always good to hear. I had never flown a Funtana 40 that wing wagged as bad as you describe. They did wing wag but not uncontrollably. Did you try spoilerons?
I can say that the 90 is much more stable. It has a very light and feathery feel in high alpha. I dont think wing rock is an issue with it as it is with the 40.
Another really excellent 3D airplane is the new Seagull Models Harrier 3D. Very solid in high alpha upright and inverted.
