diceman has it right,this is technology that we can't do much to fix in the same manner you could replace a connecting rod in a o.s. 91. it's a source of frustration for us and not all of us deal with it real well. where ram went wrong was by violating a cardinal rule of business . service what you sell and communicate with your customers.
