In the first instance send the engine to Turbotek with a brief description of the fault, unless of course it's glaringly obvious by having been turned inside out by brutal contact with mother earth.

If it is a general technical query, then an email with the engine serial no. the ECU serial no. and the software version number, and again a description of the problem, then we can go on from there.
