I went for a carbon canopy, only to save weight.... and because it's pre-cut to be an exact fit

Having a clear plastic canopy would have meant the additional weight of creating a cockpit, seats, dials, not to mention a heavy pilot (if you want it to look the part).. but hey, this isn't a scale model, so we all do what we prefer!

Most home-attempted smoked canopy efforts I've seen look terribly botched [:@][:@] and can spoil an otherwise perfect model.

I'd just spray the inside black, or, like the Holland Zlin, Silver!
