Not sure about your terminology, myself... but if you mean you lose your nice big post,
you may want to consider writing all your posts and replies in notepad or something first.

Either that or... every five minutes or so, select all, copy, and paste into notepad. It'll save
a ton of frustration, on those rare occasions a post does get dumped before or during posting
