Two come to mind... the Mach None and the Baby Birdy. Fortunately I have a Baby Birdy kit with the built up wing... but I'm gonna hold on to it. I seem to remember seeing one for sale last week though, so don't lose hope.
Brilliant -- I did some Googling and came up with this plan and article -- which isn't the Mach One but is the exact model I was looking for.
