Well I finally got my US 120 Lite ready for her maiden. However, due to hurricane charley I won't be flying her today. I thought I would post how I did mine. The leading edge of the wing was sanded where it glues together and a layer of fiberglass was added to the joint for strength. I had a piece of wing of my wrecked old 120 and salvaged the covering so it doesn't look too bad. I installed Hitec 475s for my quad setup. All horns are Dubro heavy duty and heavy duty ball links on heavy duty servo ams. Servos all held with socket head screws from Central Hobbies. All push rods are carbon fiber with titanium ends, also from Central.

I mounted the tank, battery, and radio under the wing. Both rudder (Hitec 645MG) and elevator (Hitec 605) servos are mounted in the rear, the rudder on top, and the elevator on the side. Gaps all sealed with tape.

The G26 with 16X8 APC prop is mounted with three 8/32 socket head bolts. I drilled out the threads on the engine and placed a 3/8, 7 ply plywood spacer drilled for clearance between the firewall and engine and installed with blind nuts in firewall. I installed locknuts to bolts inside firewall for insurance. I epoxied tri stock on all joints on firewall and made a access door on the bottom of fuse instead of the top. I installed a Brisson muffler from Cheif Aircraft.
The throttle gave me the most trouble. I had to bend a offset in the rod and attach it with Z bend. It can't come out! Throttle servo is Hitec 325.

All throws are per instructions Hi and Low rates. Quad flaps setup for flaps and crow. I had to use 2 oz on tail to balance it using the GP balancing machine.
