The main mixture needle on the OS 32 needs to be 1.5 turn out not 2.5 turns out,

also just because you have the throttle right back and the trim right up are you sure the linkage and servo settings are correct so that the carb is actually open the correct amount?

if you can visually check that it's not accidentaly reversed and the throttle is wide open as it will flood real quick that way and if it does fire it will scare the cr@p out of you and do a lot of damage
