RE: Anybody run or use a RB S5 motor?
Now I heard different. The S5 specificly is said that the top end may seem to lack in comparison to like the WS7 but it makes up for it in low end.....The track I run most of the time has a strait that is 150' and the rest is very tight and technical. I have heard some bad stories about the P5 especialy any that have been MOD'd. I have seen a P5 in action and it is quite fast but gets passed in the turns by this guy with a S5 maybe the P5 is geared diffently but I think the temp issues may give me some cause for concern. I live in the High Desert of California.....It is going to be 99 degrees today and that is a cool down...see were I am going....Yea it is hot. I run a Ws7 most of the time and it is great for Med-Large size tracks.
thanks for the input.
Take Care and GOD Bless
