With a transmitter that has a t-cut button the typical setup is to adjust the throttle so the engine will be idling when the Tx stick is all the way down. From there t-cut will completely close the carb off. Review your Tx owner’s manual to set up the t-cut because you can set percentages adjusting the right amount of servo travel for proper operation.
