push the pin through... unhook the ball links that hook to the swashplate....unhook the servo links......slide the head offf........put ne swash on shaft...reinstall the ball links and put the pin back through......pretty simple. the pin would be the hardest part in my opinion...try not to bend it or else you will need to make something else work.
