i think the transmitter may be overkill,i would go for a skysport 6yg if i was a beginner,an electric starter would be useful until you are used to setting up engines.
Well, I really dont like electric planes and no better time to learn then now
As for the radio, I plan to get very deep into this and don't want to have to end up buying a new radio. I'm also going to have a trainer training me form a local club if that changes anything.
