When he said "electric starter" he meant an electric glow engine starter like the Hobbico Torqmaster. Trust me... you WILL want this. Makes engine starting SO much easier. You hook it to a 12v battery and push a button and it flips the propellor for you when starting glow engines. Instead of learning the hard way and getting fingers sliced or cut off completely.
