well, what the manufacturer (in china ) claims is one thing and what is the truth is another ... Anyone can claim somehting is certified. As for Todd Walters, he recently was brought in by JetJoe to act as a US distributor, this was needed since English seems to be the issue for the JetJoe guys .... I will leave the rest to Todd to fill evertyone in on .. He is in a tight spot and, which he was put in by JetJoe .. they promised him one thting , and are delivering another, with a lot of behind the scenes secrecy, and suspicious behavior .. I think more than anything, Todd wants to ensure no one gets hurt by one of these engines, especially with the low price tag these carry, as a lof of inexperienced people would be getting these .. There are hundreds of people who already want to place orders, Todd could make a lot of mony on this , but propper ethics and respect for the consumer is just not allowing him in his right conscience to expose the public to such a low quality, and quite frankly dangerous product . I'm sure Todd will jump in and fill everyone on the scoop soon ...
