I found a replacement for my son's LT-40 nose gear that kept getting bent. I just used the old one from my Alpha. I have put about 10 flights, with a good number of touch and go's on it, and haven't had to touch it to bend it back to the front. This is on my grass field, which is fair to good. The original nose gear took about 10 flights to get to the point where I had to take it off and straighten it out in a vise. I think an Arrow would have the same nose gear.
