Hmmm props.

My recommendation - go with master airscrew. They are tough, cheap, and blunt. APC's are sharp, damage easier, and although they are *way* more powerful, you don;t need them on a trainer.

The MAS will do you just fine.

For the record, you must plan on nosing over a few times before the end of the season (or plan on nosing over a few times each visit to the field....) MAS will normally survive this, bu neither APC nor wood props take a nose-over very well.

Once you have soloed, there is a great thrill in propping an 11x5 APC on the .46 size engines, and having a blast. inverted loops, etc. Until then, fly pragmatically.
