A 4* or the tiger 60 would make excellent second airplanes.

IMO, the UCD would not be so bad for a second airplane, provided the throws are small and the CG is in the correct location. But it all depends on the pilot's skill. If you have a LOT of time on your trainer, I think it's very possible that you'd be able to fly the UCD successfully.
