Cowl sanding was and issue for me- required 120,240,320,600 and 1200 grit wet and dry, then filling all the holes in the gel coat with micro balloons. took a lot of hours.

i agree about the double skinning wing bays though- just pick it up with one hand wrapped around the u/c and one around the bottom of rear fuz.
