Glow plug color is okay white .,orange all good , whats important is the condition of the coil inside the plug it's self, if the coil is compressed or looks out of shape in anyway trash it and get a new one , not familuar with that brand of plug , a number 3os plug is not the same as a Enya #3 plug but I'll say this if your running 20% nitro go for a hot plug , and for big block motors a cooler plug nitro % is a factor also, Good luck my friend, RED
