If the cables have clamps, they mostlikely will go to a 12V car batt., but check their site to be sure. The car and setup look to be in EXCELLENT shape. The car will sit on the box you put your glow-starter on the plug and push the car down. The rubber donut rubs the flywheel, rotating it to start the engine. That's it.
