Hi Shawn.My advice is to go with a stock set up with standard servos and the stock muffler which is fine to learn on.You can always upgrade if you decide you like it.I would go with a standard gyro ,not heading hold so you can learn to fly the tail in the beginning. Tim. ,aka helinut.I have a few scale helis. Not good to learn on but thought you might want to trade for thr Extra.
