Default RE: heli conversion

i am very interested in converting my os.91 to a diesel but it sounds like you need to run the engines at a much lower rpm than with glow fuel. the slowest rpm my engine can spin is around 13000-14000 rpm. can a diesel coverted engine run that fast with out any problems. thanks raptorhelis
Here are the site you can read about dieselpowered helicopter..

http://www.davisdieseldevelopment.co...elicopters.htm

what exactly is needed to make your own diesel fuel.
These are maked of kerosene, ether, oil, ignition improver and can buy ready mixed from hobby shop there you live.. It is not a fixed formula to mixing dieselfuel, it is a lot of formula of difference dieselfuel who some modeller has mixed to own dieselengine, but mostly same parts 1/1/1 kerosene, ether, oil or 46% kerosene ( can use lampoil, diesel or jet A1), 32% ether, 20% oil (castor oil or motoroil 20W-50), 2% methylethyleketone peroxide (MEKP, hardener for polyester glassfibre).
