thanks for your reply. A few people are telling me that I should use Li-Po's and use that speed controller, it just worries me a bit, as you hear all stories about li-pos catching fire and having to be careful with them etc. I may go that route, or I may consider getting a KAN pack and trying that route 1st or I may just put the SC on Ebay and flog it and get something 100% suitable.


I dont dispute what your saying, im just worried about bringing a cell under the 3v load, im not 100% up on lipo's yet and my knowledge on them is somewhat limited at the moment.
