Default RE: Capiche 140

Answer = when the boring pattern round's finished.

Back on topic though,

I dont know how other 140L users are getting on, but i dont think the model with this engine really has great vertical with YS20/20 and the 17x8.

Its fine for pattern, but it wont climb out of the hover agressively. Had another model that did the same thing, and found out that the prop was too big, preventing the engine from accelerating to full power under load in the hover. Maybe its the case here? But think will stick with the 17x8 for the rcme comp and then try the 17x8N afterward.

oh, also i now have some much better foam wheels which actually arent made of rock like the stock ones., so they should do a better job of absorbing the initial shock, and make harrier landings possible without me having to worry about it breaking again

Also considering sandwiching a rubber or foam spacer betteen the u/c and fuz to absorb the stress a bit .
