Hi All,

I'm having problems with my 3W-70iUS and would like to ask for help. I have the ignition module mounted on the firewall outside the plane and the ignition battery just inside the firewall. The ignition module, all wires, and battery are all shielded and grounded to the batteries ground. When I do a range check with the engine off but ignition on I get about 75 paces before control starts to degrade. When I start and run the engine, I only get about 25 paces at best before the radio starts going into fail safe. I've tried electro isolators to isolate any feedback into the receiver from my servo wire but there is no change in performance. The receiver is wrapped in foam and loosely attached to the floor of the plane to isolate any vibration there too.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Anyone else have problems with range when running an ignition engine?
