You could also be getting a vibration problem - metal to metal that is causing interference. Check all the hardware and clevises on the plane. Do you have metal pushrods into a metal clevis? Also keep the ignition and all its components at least 12 inches from anything connected to the receiver. Don't use a metal pushrod on the throttle. It can carry a signal back into the area near the receiver.
