I think the boat is the problem sounds good anyway. This is getting old, I tried everything today and I can't get above 35-40. The boat is a Aeromarine donzi 49, I've checked CG, trim tabs, strut angles, turn fin, tuning you name it. I'm going to give it one more chance Saterday I'm metting with someone with some people that have more knowledge about RC boats that I do if they can't get it up to speed it's out of here.
