Using a little punctuation here and there to denote the beginning and end of a sentence makes it a lot easier for someone to read your post and offer a respectful or thoughtful reply.

I don't think you have a lemon, That's a rare thing to have occur. In all likelyhood, the engine has not broken in enough to maintain a steady and reliable idle and mid-range. Gassers can sometimes take 5 gallons of gas or more during the break in to become reliable. The mixture settings also require a fine touch in the adjustment. Very small changes will have very large effects in gassers.

If the plug(s) are loaded up with carbon deposits after short periods of running, it indicates that you are using waaay too much oil in the mix. Are you mixing per BME or per the instructions on the bottle from the oil manufacturer? Stay with BME recommendations if you are mixing at other than their suggestions.

Also make certain that your ignition battery is fully charged and in good enough of a condition to provide a reliable spark.
