Speed is a factor of the motor and batteries you are using. Put fast motors in it and it will go fast.

For crawling it will work fairly well out of the box, but needs to be converted to a 4 link suspension first. Throw in two Integy 55t motors with a Super Rooster with a 4 link suspension and it will be a nice crawler.

One of the local guys has a mostly stock Twin Force, that has slimmed down Kong tires, 4 link suspension, maxx tranny with GRD600 gear reduction and a single 55t Integy and it kics some serious butt.
