Do you mean Futaba 9CHP and 9CAP?

They both have the exact, same software. The difference is that the 9CHP defaults to the heli programming when first turned on, and the 0CAP defaults to airplane programming at first startup. You can change the model type to acro and glider at any time in either transmitter. The heli transmitter also has a non-ratcheted throttle, and the toggle switches have different locations.

Many glider fliers use the heli transmitter because the switch arrangement suits a lot of glider tasks.

You can use either, though, to fly airplanes, helis, or gliders. The software is all there.
