With all the parts mocked up I'm now ready to start the hingeing operation. You get a nifty little tool with the kit. A control surface beveling tool. I'ts all laser cut as well, just glue it up, install a number 11 blade, and get after it. Cool!

Also shown is my hinge of choice. I use the canopy glue on these as well.
