I agree with bpryor that a 120 twin would be enough to hover the bipe. However, the ZDZ 80 single would be more than enough power to fly the bipe. It would have very good vertical power, although it wouldn't be unlimited. My Brison 6.4 twin turned a Bolly 26X10 at 6350 new without any adjustments. My bipe wasn't unlimited as far as hovering goes, but it had more than enough vertical power to do 2 or 3 vertical snaps and not tail slide out of it. Square loops were effortless also.

I guess it comes down to whether you really want to hover it or fly it. For me bipes aren't meant to hover. Thats just my opinion.
