Lightly sand the part you want to repair, and clean it very good. I use denatured alcohol for cleaning, it works great! Tape over the outside of the hull where the crack is with electrical tape (or any tape really, I like elec tape because it peels off easy). Then apply a thin layer of epoxy to the crack. If you want it extra strong, use fiberglass cloth with the epoxy.
