I second that.....Stan's the man! Thier stuff is the best. I've bought several cowlings/wheel pants from them. I usually decide at first look at what comes with the kit, if it's ABS, then I won't even try to deal with it anymore.
Now...yes..the question as to whether he ships outside of US? I do hope he would, I know they make a very nice cowling for that Sukhoi. They also make a belly-pan too, if I'm not mistaken. Good luck.
