Everytime I have emailed or had any dealings with them , they have been super quick and to make things right,or answer.
I recieved a SE kit with some soft balsa on the stab . I emailed em and they sent me a new stab .I HAD it 3 days after the email.
might try emailing again. They seem very eager to keep the modler happy to me.
