Default RE: Alfa Models F4U-1 Corsair ARF

Schemo, have a look at the new Graupner/JR MX22.

It is available on 40 mhz and can be converted to 72 MHZ frequency by simply changing the crystal module in the rear of the Tx with the same module that is found in the new JR 9303.

Its a plug in/plug out set up, that does NOT have to be performd by a repair shop. Takes you about 15 seconds.

As for setting up in Mode 1,2 3 or 4, you decide that and program it into the Tx .

It is an expensive radio to start with, but it is a good answer to your frequency concerns and you will never need another radio set in your life. A lot of us started with bottom end, cheap radios and very soon upgraded to more sophisticated ones. You won't have to do that with this unit.

As for the Horizon stuff I mentioned, Scorpio in Italy are the agents for that .

See:http://www.scorpio.it/index.dhtml.

It is in Italian, but you shouldn't have any problems getting a translator over there if you can't speak the language. You can purchase direct from their website.
